Already ordered at getscentech.com and the question is about delivery, a return or the warranty? support@scentech.store is the right address for that as well. Quote the order number and it will move faster. The shop also runs a WhatsApp channel for customers, linked from getscentech.com itself.
Before you order from the UK
On 9 September 2026 the Scentech checkout offered no shipping option for a British address. If that matters to you, ask us by email before you build a basket rather than discovering it at the last step.
